Lunges on Bosu and Exercise Balls
First and foremost - don't start out on two balls - work your way up by using a BOSU for your front leg and the ground for the back leg. Then, add a low box or a step for the back leg to rest on. When very comfortable with the Bosu you can set yourself up next to something you can hold onto and begin trying with your back foot on an exercise ball. Fantastic exercise for balance and leg strength!
