Home-made insert installation tool
I made this small tool from a piece of 1/16 steel welding rod. The rubber insert goes into the opening and, by holding the tool in a pair of vice grips and using some soapy water to slide it in the groove in the window rubber one can slip the insert into place. Worked slick!
