VR-7 3-month duration timepiece - Exquisite!

The clock this mechanism animates is one of the very first I bought through my Buyer in Salzburg. It was in good enough shape that I let it run for 15 years before getting around to cleaning it. When I got into it I found that it was in very nice condition - it's only real issue was a missing counterbalance weight that mounted to the Hour canon pinion. The wedge-shaped weight that you see in these pictures is one I made.
