VR-511 Second Baroque Floorstanding Timepiece by Salfer

This mechanism is made by a noted Viennese clockmaker, Johann Salfer, an acknowledged maker of high-quality clocks, including year-runners, precision regulators with compensating pendulums, and Vierteluhren (or quarter striking clocks). Johann won a silver medal in the Vienna exhibition of 1880.
