VR-168 3 month Vienna Regulator by Franz Effenberger

This is a clock I sold that ran for 12 years with no problem. It then stopped, where upon the owner took it to a local clock repair person who did some truly poor bushing work. He then sent it to a shop to grind the pallets. The second shop did more truly poor work, at which point the clock had no chance of running. It was then, finally sent to me for repair.
