Grab a towel behind your back. Pull down on the towel to give your upper arm a good stretch.

Reverse the direction of pull to finish this side. Then reverse arms and pull up and down.

Legs spread, touch the floor. I have included two shots, one when I am just reaching the floor, the next when I am a bit deeper into the stretch.

Hmmm - is that a bald spot on top of my head?????

Lastly, touch your toes. There was a time I missed my toes by 6 inches. PROGRESS!
